Q: What do I need to rent a car?
A: Both Renter and Driver’s IC/Passport and valid driving license, probationary license holders will not be accepted.
Q: How old do I need to be to drive a rental vehicle?
A: Between 21 to 60 years old.
Q:Can I see the car prior to making a reservation?
A: Since these are active rental vehicles, unfortunately we cannot guarantee the car will be available for you to check prior to making a reservation. Placing a reservation ensures that the car will be pulled from the fleet, prepared and made available for you. The reservation is an appointment you set to check the vehicle you are interested in.
Upon arrival at the location please proceed to the counter and identify yourself as a M2M customer. The Counter Service Representative will walk you to your vehicle. Please check out the car before you sign the rental agreement. If the vehicle does not meet your expectations, there is no need to open the rental agreement.

Q: Where can I find the business location pickup address?
A: You can find the business location pick up address on our website or you may contact our customer service +6011-3219 0000.
Q: Can I request to send the rental car other than the business location?
A: For delivery or collecting out of business location, an additional charge per way will be imposed depending on distance, accessibility of the destination and time.
Q: Is a car rental deposit required?
A: Yes, a deposit is required to rent a car. The deposit amount varies by the amount of days rented.
Q: Can I Add an Additional Driver to My Rental Car?
A: Any additional driver will pay a required fee. Any additional authorized drivers must appear at time of rental and meet age and driver’s license requirements.
Q: What if I want to pick up / drop off my rental car outside business hours?
A: During the booking procedure please select the exact pick up and drop off hours of your rental. This way our system will give you only available cars from car rental companies that provide service the specified hours. If your plans change after you book, you can change your pick-up and drop-off times through our customer page My Booking in order to change the reservation.
NOTE: If any extra charge is applied for the out of operating times will be included in our final prices.
Q: What happens if the car gets in an accident and is damaged?
A: Immediately inform M2M of the details of accidents. When an accident involving the Rental Car occurs during the rental period, the Renter shall take measures provided for in laws and regulations and shall handle the situation in accordance with the provisions below regardless of the seriousness of the accident.
Q: Is it possible to drop off the car at a different location?
A: Yes, you are allowed to have different pick up and drop off locations.
Q: Is there a penalty for late returns?
A: Yes, Renter of the driver shall return the rental car to M2M at the specified return location by the end of rental period. A 30 minutes grace period will be given to pick up/collect and drop off/return, following original booking times.
Q: Can I extend my booking ?
A: You can. If you haven't started your rental yet, you can change the dates via our customer page "My Booking" and amend your reservation. Any changes you make to your booking will probably change the total rental price. Once you've picked your car up, please contact the car hire company directly if you want to extend your booking or please create a new reservation online for the rest of the days.
Q: When will my deposit be returned ?
A: Once you return the car back without damage, the deposit/guarantee amount will be released/ refunded to you. This transaction usually takes from 7 to 21 working days to appear.
Q: How do I add a child seat / baby seat ?
A: You can select a child seat/ baby seat while you're booking your car via our website
